Hunter Buffington recently joined the Santa Fe Farms, now element6 Dynamics, team as the VP of Policy & Advocacy continuing her work as a Hemp Public policy expert. Hunter utilizes her experience working with regulators, policy makers, businesses, farmers and livestock producers to implement strategies for development of the hemp industry. Her background in sustainable development of local economies brings a focus on ensuring that the emerging hemp industry development includes not only economic but also environmental and social benefits to its participants. Her goals align with the drive of Santa Fe Farms to partner with Native peoples, and a focus on carbon sequestration in Agriculture and industry where economics are driven by stewardship and innovation.
